The only related thing I was able to find is the property GuildMemberEditOptions#communicationDisabledUntil

As a temporary solution you could make a role that simply cannot type and have that bot give users that role until, blstmo adds such a feature.

You could either make the role high on the role hierarchy so it's used over any other roles, or you could remove a role and add this one in place of it.
