fix: default to fopost.com/dashboard instead of the retired app host - #28

app.fopost.com is retired and only 301s to fopost.com/dashboard, so the dev-only fallbacks and fixtures name the live URL directly. Left alone deliberately: the nginx redirect that implements the retirement, remark-brand's appHost token (the left side of its find-and-replace, so the docs already render the new URL), newsletter.test.ts (the regression test for the ':\/\/app.' fallbacks in email.ts), and the dated plan doc.
