Add GUI

Hi, great work.

I was thinking that adding a GUI is a good approach for the repo. I would be happy to implement one if acceptable. What do you think @francozanardi ?

An MVP for it would be uploading a video, then decide what template to use and a placement for the caption. Also decide on the used model from openai, theme for the GUI and the used whisper model

Sorry for the delay in my response. I have been working on something similar to this. I'm working in a new project called "tscaps", which is based on "pycaps", but it uses the browser to render, so distribution is easier.

We can still work in the UI for pycaps, that would great! If you want to implement it, I'd be more than happy :)

And about tscaps, it'd be also open source, but it's still not finished. If you want, you can check the website. Any feedback is well received.
