Steps to reproduce:
I have tried various possible combinations of and tags. none render as would be expected.
The attached part shows the closest desired output but i gets rendered/processed twice as per attached screenshot.

Hello Fritzing Team,
I hope you are all doing well. I’m writing to report a small but persistent issue in the Parts Inspector that affects custom parts and appears to be present in the latest version (1.0.8).
When a part’s .fzp file contains a block with escaped HTML links, the Parts Inspector displays each link twice. This happens even when the markup is minimal and correctly formatted. The duplication occurs regardless of whether the links are placed in , , or both.
From testing, it seems the inspector parses the block more than once and merges the results without filtering duplicates. As a result, any part that includes more than one link ends up with repeated entries in the inspector.
This isn’t a critical issue, but it does make custom parts look untidy and can be confusing for users who rely on multiple reference links (datasheets, store pages, manufacturer info, etc.). Since the inspector is one of the first places users interact with a part, having clean link rendering would improve the overall experience.
I’m not suggesting any specific implementation details, but if the link parsing could be consolidated or deduplicated in a future update, it would make a noticeable difference for anyone creating or maintaining custom parts.
