I lead technical delivery for AI, cloud, and platform initiatives. My work covers discovery, architecture, roadmaps, proofs of concept, engineering execution, cloud deployment, client communication, and production support.
I stay close to the work. I review architecture, test approaches, examine code and infrastructure, debug problems, and ship changes alongside engineers when that is the fastest way to remove uncertainty or unblock delivery.
