Feature Request: Custom Release Group Language Tagging

Hello,

I would like to suggest a new customizable feature for Comet.

Currently, when Comet scrapes releases (including debrid libraries and public trackers), it relies heavily on the titles available to identify the language. However, many release groups from private trackers (especially Brazilian ones like BiOMA, andreha, ByJames, etc.) do not have language information defined in their titles.

Because of this, when users apply language filters, these releases end up being ignored — even though they are actually in the desired language.

Feature suggestion:
Add an option where users can define custom release groups and associate them with a specific language/country. For example:

• BiOMA → Portuguese
• andreha → Portuguese
• ByJames → Portuguese

With this mapping, whenever Comet finds a release from one of these groups, it could automatically:

• Tag it with the corresponding language
• Display a language flag (e.g., PT)

Benefits:

• Improves the accuracy of language filtering
• Allows full customization according to user needs

This would be especially useful for users who rely on debrid services and have mixed sources (public + private trackers).
