This application is a Slack bot that will add two new commands to a channel:
/weather [city]: will return the current weather of a area (city, country, province/state)
/weather-status: will summarize all the history of weather conditions and present the result
The objective of this bot is, of course, to inform the weather, and answer the following question: When people are more interested in weather condition? Is it when it is raining? Snowing? When is it sunny? Etc...
