Coverage package major version mismatch

Bumping vitest to ^5.0.0 leaves @vitest/coverage-v8 at ^4.1.9. The two packages require the same major, and test:unit always runs with --coverage, so the unit suite and CI coverage upload can fail or emit invalid results.
