fix(issues): Make activity drawer easier to open#118874

Activity and breadcrumbs had drawer links that looked like there was hidden content even when there wasn't. Show Expand in that case, keep View N more when items are hidden. Also let the activity drawer close on outside clicks instead of opting out entirely. Co-Authored-By: OpenAI Codex <codex@openai.com>

Activity now always has a way to open the full drawer from the sidebar. If there are hidden rows it still says
View N more; otherwise it saysExpand.Breadcrumbs uses the same copy, and the activity drawer now closes on outside click instead of opting out entirely.
