The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the upstream service can no longer reach the GitHub stargazer API. Point the chart link to a working mirror so the chart renders again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the upstream service can no longer reach the GitHub stargazer API. This updates the wrapping link to a working mirror using an alternative data source that requires no API token, so the chart renders correctly again.
