Fixed in 47ffb69.

The lint step crashed with TypeError: Error while loading rule 'escompat/no-optional-chaining': this.findConfigFile is not a function. The locked eslint-plugin-escompat@3.4.0 destructures findConfig from browserslist/node, losing the this binding that the bumped browserslist@4.28.9 now requires. Bumped the transitive eslint-plugin-escompat to 3.12.0 (lockfile only), which calls browserslist.findConfig(...) on the module object.

Verified locally: npm ci, npm run lint, and npm test (100 tests) all pass.
