Update `tree-sitter-typescript` dependency to 0.20.5

I'd appreciate the bug fixes in 0.20.3, 0.20.4, and 0.20.5.

I'm trying to update it myself, but it's not so obvious as the other ones (java, javascript)

Hey @hendrikvanantwerpen, can you please reopen this issue?
I think it got closed because I mistakenly mentioned it in my javascript PR. I haven't been able to update the typescript one due to too many breaking changes in the newer "patch" versions. Thanks!
