ci: take configure-pages v6 and deploy-pages v5 - #9

Conversation
Renovate proposed both (#6, #7) against a workflow that ran on no pull request, so neither carried a single check: `total_count: 0` on both head commits. They are applied here instead, on top of the workflow that now builds on a pull request, so that a change to the machinery that publishes the site is proved by the machinery itself before it reaches main. Supersedes #6 and #7, which were opened against a workflow with no
pull_requesttrigger and so carried no checks at all (total_count: 0on both head shas). This is the first change to go through the gate added in #8: the build runs on this PR, and the deploy job is skipped on it. If either action bump breaks the site build, it is caught here rather than after publication.
