Bump toolkit off the archived go-iconoir - #96

go-iconoir is archived — the icon data is now go-icons/iconoir and the rasterising is go-gfx/gfx's svg package — and this module still reached it through an older toolkit. A consumer cannot tidy that away: the pin is not its own. toolkit switched at v0.279.0. Only go.mod and go.sum change; build, vet and the tests all pass on the bumped graph.
