Docker-compose build fix

Hello peers,

This repo seems to be outdated. Docker-compose option allows playing with GRAND stack without big setup burden, but nonetheless it is broken. For those who are still interested in launching the project, I did [some fixes](https://github.com/BrodaUa/grand-stack-starter/commit/bab70b0df6a4b1fb510e6762c024089123e5a136) to make it work. Though the dependencies are still not up-to-date.
