Anshu Meena

Full-Stack & Systems Engineer from Rajasthan, India

I've been building software for the last 7+ years, mostly across web, mobile, desktop, and Linux. That has taken me from TypeScript monorepos to Zig-based print systems running on Raspberry Pis.

I like working close to the actual problem. I care about software that's easy to understand, doesn't hide too much behind abstractions, and keeps working when it leaves the happy path.

Right now, I'm building infrastructure and full-stack systems at PantryClub. Before that, I worked at BHuman.ai, along with spending several years building and contributing to open source projects independently.

Principles

A lot of how I write software comes from NASA's Power of Ten and TigerBeetle's Tiger Style. Keep things simple. Make assumptions explicit. Fail loudly when something is wrong. Prefer straightforward code over clever code.

I write about engineering, Linux, and philosophy at gxanshu.in/blog.

I'm always interested in talking about systems engineering, open source, Linux, or a problem that's difficult for a good reason.
