本 PR 的工作已由 issue #1037 接手追蹤。

不建議直接合併：本 PR 由 Dependabot 產生，只改版號、不含 vite-react-ssg 的相容處理。而 vite-react-ssg 最新版 0.9.2 的 peer 仍是 react-router-dom: ^6.14.1，不支援 v7——直接合併會打爆 ratewise / haotool / nihonname / park-keeper / quake-school 五個 SSG app。

依 #1023 建立的依賴機器人政策，major 更新一律標記人工評估、不進自動合併流程。#1037 已完整記錄三個 advisory、阻塞原因、可行性盤點與驗收標準。

PR 暫時保留作為版本參考，實際遷移工作請以 #1037 為準。
