Include Produced Blocks in Validator Uptime Calculation
We enhance the validator uptime metric by incorporating the number of blocks produced by each validator. Specifically, we compute the standard deviation of produced blocks across all validators and identify those significantly underperforming (i.e., producing below the average). For such validators, we calculate the percentage deviation and subtract it from their original signing-based uptime, yielding a more accurate and balanced uptime score.
