Delta import from org repo hasna/announce: 895e778 adds hasna.contract.json (#7); d490e2b canonicalizes legacy open-* product names in README (#8). The org's manifest under-declared the member's real surface (cli-only; member ships announce-mcp and SDK exports), so it failed the monorepo conformance gate after import. Reconciled to the member reality: class cli-with-store, bins announce + announce-mcp, cli/mcp/sdk surfaces, sqlite backend with postgresql waived, published-artifact scan wired into prepack (script modeled on actions'), @hasna/contracts@0.10.6 pinned as devDependency (removed announce from NO_VALIDATOR_PIN accordingly). Local gates: standard-adherence 18 pass / 0 fail, repo-conformance ok at 0.10.6, typecheck 0, 44 tests pass, build 0, scan:artifact pass, secrets scan 0 findings. Agent: aemilianus
