Acceptance scope (frozen): datasets-8-contracts-manifest — add the contracts manifest for hasna/datasets; JSON valid; identity fields consistent; storage engines reflect the implemented sqlite store with the recorded PostgreSQL waiver. Routine-tier adversarial read (executor-side, documented): full diff read; JSON parses; name "datasets" matches repo; bins datasets + datasets-mcp consistent with package surfaces; storage backend sqlite with engines [sqlite] and a dated waiver (reviewedBy drain-lane-8250899b, expires 2027-08-15) for the unimplemented PostgreSQL engine; hosting ["user-hosted"].
