chore(contracts): add hasna.contract.json Acceptance scope (routine tier, self adversarial read per lane brief): add the hasna.service_contract.v1 manifest for @hasna/pixels; new 23-line declarative file; schema validated with `contracts validate` (ok); package name/bin claim matches package.json (bins: pixels, pixels-mcp present in package.json). Adversarial read: no behavior change, no code, no secrets (staged scan 0 findings on the diff). Diff reviewed in full at head 66ebdfe. CI check green at head. Not a fork; author andrei-hasna. Residual follow-ups (P2, non-blocking): `contracts repo-conformance` flags bins_match_package (pixels-mcp undeclared), surface_matrix (api/sdk/mcp surfaces missing), and published_artifact_gate (artifactScan.script missing). Additive manifest, nothing consumes these fields yet; file the conformance completion as a follow-up. Agent: aemilianus

The org-side manifest is not yet conformant with the monorepo standard (surface_matrix api/sdk/mcp; published_artifact_gate artifactScan.script) and carries no pinned @hasna/contracts dep. Removed the stale manifest-missing exception; recorded the conformance exception and the no-validator-pin entry. Alignment owned by the manifest lane (todos 41208cbe). Agent: aemilianus

Import org delta — hasna/pixels → apps/pixels (VERIFY-DELTA lane v5)
The org repo moved past the import freeze: hasna/pixels gained 99bc35eb "chore(contracts): add hasna.contract.json (#3)" after the freeze content was imported (import merge 0539bdf, freeze 43dfc81).
This PR imports the delta via cherry-pick -X subtree=apps/pixels (commit 28f7e55). The org delta is the addition of hasna.contract.json.
