- If your report concerns a project Maintainer, or you are not comfortable reporting to the project, contact the CNCF Code of Conduct Committee directly at conduct@cncf.io, per the CNCF CoC incident resolution procedures.
Reports are handled confidentially by the Maintainers, excluding anyone who is a subject of the report. Enforcement decisions concerning a Maintainer require a 2/3 supermajority of the other Maintainers, per GOVERNANCE.md.
Output produced in project spaces by an AI agent (including the project's own hive-bot) is the responsibility of the human who operates it, per GOVERNANCE.md. Conduct concerns about agent output should be reported the same way as any other conduct concern and will be addressed with the responsible human.
