T3 Code needs durable prompt schedules that can run in the same task or create a fresh task, while remaining controllable from Codex chat. This adds the Automation contracts, persistence, scheduler, internal dispatch API, Codex tools, web UI, settings, tests, and user documentation. Implemented with Codex GPT-5.6 in the Codex app.
