Describe the bug
When I delete a Jellyfin account (via jfa-go) that has a Telegram account linked to it, the Telegram link isn’t fully cleared. If the same user then tries to create a new account and link the same Telegram account, jfa-go rejects it with “Telegram already in use” — even though the original account no longer exists.
To Reproduce
- Create an account and link a Telegram account to it.
- Delete the account from jfa-go (not just disable it).
- Have the same user try to create a new account and link the same Telegram account during/after signup.
Expected behavior
Deleting an account should also remove any associated Telegram (and likely Discord/Matrix) link, so the same Telegram account can be linked to a new Jellyfin account afterward.

PS: The Telegram link button don't work after an error, need to reload the page to use it again.
