Summary
Why
The roadmap had fallen behind shipped behavior. ProofDiff already accepts explicit LCOV coverage with commit binding and already implements bounded TypeScript/Python resolution. Keeping those items worded as greenfield work makes the roadmap contradict the CLI/docs and weakens trust in project status.
