Summary

• preserve one primary route while adding bounded mixed-request decomposition
• add an optional pure GoalContext adapter and safe abandon/archive lifecycle operations
• add proportional method guidance, readability safeguards, and a privacy-safe offline A/B/C evaluator
• extend the immutable release gate and public 0.10.0 source documentation

Verification

• complete local release gate passed on commit 2535d45
• 119 top-level test declarations across 10 test files passed through the frozen manifest
• language corpus: 64/64; AEP: 16/16 cases; parallel admission: 12/12 cases
• complete security diff coverage of all 14 source-like changed files with zero reportable findings

Release boundary

This PR updates source metadata to 0.10.0. It does not create a tag, GitHub Release, or marketplace installation; the latest tagged stable release remains v0.9.1.
