Pinmind becomes the sole workflow controller. Its bounded UserPromptSubmit hook selects passive Skillstate checkpoints only for persistent software-change runs, while Ponytail remains a code-simplification policy. Includes version 0.11.0, release manifest updates, documentation, and regression coverage.
