Fixes the Codex sandbox failure found by the installed smoke test. Passive Pinmind checkpoints and their hash-chain audit now live under the workspace's ignored .pinmind/skillstate directory, so automatic checkpointing needs no home-directory write permission. Releases 0.2.2-experimental.
