The web relaunch in #10 implements several of these ideas in the consolidated application:

• users can save, replace, validate, and remove their own YouTube Data API key locally in the browser
• the interface links directly to the current ProTV playlist documentation
• ProTV 3.x exports use the current ~ title token, with explicit 2.3 and 2.2 compatibility profiles for older projects
• the original desktop code now lives under legacy/desktop without an embedded API key

The proposed Rust/Tauri desktop rewrite remains open. Playlist parsing, validation, compatibility checks, and serialization now live in a framework-independent TypeScript package, so a future desktop shell can share the behavior without duplicating it.
