[Feature request] Reload Organizations button

Hi,

When I create an action (while plugin registration tool is already loaded), I need to close XrmToolbox (closing tab of PluginRegistration is not enough) to see my newly created action.

In old Microsoft Plug-in registration tool, we have the button "Reload Organizations" that we can use for this case
