My current project heavily relies on plugin configurations so it would be lovely to see more of the xml. I will try to make a PR for this. This is what I'm going for AFTER/BEFORE. Hope this makes sense!
I am also considering extending left column fields, and especially the filtering attributes column. But this requires much more code:
