Summary of Changes
Email server is an attack surface that is unnecessary on infra servers (fileservers, k8s workers etc). Provide msmtp, a client-only alternative to postfix.
This also adds a bind-ip parameter for launching garage S3-compatible server under docker-compose (to put it behind a VPN, for example).
