Tooltip appears way above the mouse position when hovered on the visualization

@yochannah Using FlyMine...

When I hover over the red line marked on the graph (average) the tooltip appears way above the hovered part and makes it look a little detached ... could be fixed by changing the position of the tooltip to appear right below the mouse cursor ... ?

Also, in this case ...

The cursor is on the highlighted arrow but the tooltip appears somewhere else ...

@CodHeK What browser/OS are you using? This doesn't happen for me in Chrome 65 / Ubuntu 64 bit or FireFox Developer Edition 65.0b12

@yochannah I am using MacOS Mojave v10.14 (64 bit) and Chrome 72 haven't tried Firefox
