This PR fixes this by decreasing the
--heavy_traffic_concurrent_workersflag to 5.
This PR implements 1 concurrent worker. Which is it?
Also, I've seen that happen with CRDB too (although much less frequently). Have you observed the same thing?
Otherwise LGTM.

@mickmis It decreases to 1, I just updated the PR description sorry. I haven't had an issues with CRDB so far. |

Following the extension of performance testing in #1618, the CI runs against Yugabyte with the
-enable_scd_hash_lockflag can face intermittent load-sensitive test failures due to the high number of concurrent workers.This PR fixes this by decreasing the
--heavy_traffic_concurrent_workersflag to 1.
