ISBI BodyMaps 2024: Body Maps: Towards 3D Atlas of Human Body
- 10,142 cases from 68 medical centers, 75K masks and 1.2M annotated images
- Fully supervised setting, 15 segmentation targets: spleen right kidney, left kidney, gallbladder, liver, stomach, aorta, inferior vena cava, pancreas, right adrenal gland, left adrenal gland, duodenum, colon, intestine, and celiac trunk
- Evaluation metrics: Weighted DSC, Weighted NSD, Running time, Area Under GPU Memory-Time Curve
