Using `ntpstats-graphite-poller` with inotify, watching for changes:

      # ntpstats-graphite-poller --server="graphite_server" --port=2003 --prefix="ntpstats.server" inotify

or in the oneshot mode for timed execution

      # ntpstats-graphite-poller --server="graphite_server" --port=2003 --prefix="ntpstats.server" oneshot
