Published and verified prerelease v1.5.4.
Back-merged to develop and verified by release and PR CI.
Integrates the fully tested v1.5.5 release train, transaction regressions, cross-platform packaging repairs, certified emulator inputs, and release SOP hardening. Master will be synchronized back into develop in a follow-up PR.
