Treats Address Book ClearSign as a firmware 7.16.0+ feature in both the renderer and backend. Unsupported or disconnected devices cannot enable/certify it. Adds an inline Enable Advanced Mode action so certification does not end at a dead error.\n\nValidation:\n- address-book ClearSign tests: 4 passed\n- full Vault production build passed
