It'd be nice to optionally allow scheduling of periodic refreshes for specific wiki pages as new atoms are added. Ideally it'd be opt-in per-wiki page rather than refresh all pages at once on a schedule. Some wiki data might warrant only being refreshed manually/on-demand.
