Overview
Release 0.75.0 bumps package and release metadata (package.json, src/version.ts, release-please manifest, OpenAPI stats) and records the release in CHANGELOG.md.

Generated TypeScript types gain documentation-only updates from the refreshed OpenAPI spec: env_vars on app and deployment read models now describe that values are redacted (empty strings) for API key, OAuth, and managed-auth callers, with real values only for dashboard sessions; streamed app_version_summary events note that env_vars is not populated there. Browser pool discard_all_idle and reuse params are documented to explain when idle vs in-use browsers keep stale pool configuration and how to force rebuilds.
