Updates the recruitment link in the shared navigation to “Csatlakozz csapatunkhoz!” in Hungarian and “Join our team!” in English. Both desktop and mobile menus use these labels; the link still points to
/karrier.Validation:
git diff --checkpassed; confirmed that both navigation components use the shared configuration. No runtime tests were run for this text-only change.
