The Apache-2.0 switch removed the section-13 lever behind the commercial Trace offering. Restoring the license byte-identical; only the holder convention stays unified elsewhere.

Restores AGPL-3.0 byte-identical. The Apache-2.0 switch removed the §13 lever behind the commercial Trace offering, so this puts the business model back. Only the holder convention stays unified elsewhere.
