After #591, the invocation of modelica-json becomes the main hot spot in the build process.
This ticket is to target the latest version of modelica-json that includes the performance improvements from lbl-srg/modelica-json#324.
Another change will reduce build time: use git shadow clone to install MBL and modelica-json instead of full clone.
This will also be addressed under this ticket.
