Document the use cases and software architecture for generating a Modelica model from a S223P model

This issue is to track the 1) a specification and 2) development of a prototype workflow to generate a Modelica model using a semantic ASHRAE S223P model.

Currently working on this using the following approach:

• Query necessary information from the semantic model to fill out the “configuration” and “parameter” dialog boxes in the template
• Use template configuration scripts (eg: this and this) to ensure that the chosen configurations are valid and not excluded.
• Generate a valid model
