TODO before merging issue75_caseStudy_VAVSmallOffice into the master:

• Run yearly simulations of the models in Buildings.ThermalZones.EnergyPlus.Examples.SmallOffice with Dymola and OCT (filter variables for the latter at least).
• Report impact on energy use comparison in this issue.
• Update post_process.ipynb for Issue2059 refactor vav reheat example modelica-buildings#2347.
