Drops all Python 2 backwards compatibility from the codebase, starting from e07f179 (origin/django3 tip).

__future__imports (absolute_import,unicode_literals,print_function) from all source and test filessixdependency across all files, replacing with Python 3 native equivalents:six.binary_type→bytessix.string_types/six.text_type→strsix.iteritems(d)→d.items()six.moves.range/filter/zip→ removed (Python 3 builtins)
