How to use authentication?

Seems like Wikimedia is moving to Personal Access Token authentication: https://api.wikimedia.org/wiki/Authentication

Is this currently supported or planned by MediaWikiAPI?

I guess it would be a matter of extending Config() with custom HTTP Headers...

It wasn't support, added it in PR #90 via custom http headers support
