CI installs unpinned latest ruff, and ruff 0.16 format-checks Python code blocks inside Markdown — the hand-aligned comments in README examples have been failing every CI run since the visibility merge (the Release workflow was unaffected; 2.5.0 published fine). Applies exactly the diff CI's ruff wants.
