• add verifiable research evidence packages and offline integrity verification
• enforce event-study/historical-analogy method contracts and visible-vintage cache identity
• fail closed on unsupported deterministic-planner questions
• add family/risk/severity evaluations, required refusals, and adapter conformance
• add disposable-process crash/timeout containment with explicit non-sandbox limits
• separate GitHub alpha distribution from stable PAT-level/PyPI evidence gates
• publish architecture, operating model, prior-art comparison, acceptance protocol, and roadmap
