This report names two different sources, so it can't be acted on as written: the title says Markazriwayat, but the plugin field and label say Novel4Up. What I could verify: the Novel4Up source is currently marked down in the repository, and markazriwayat.com serves no novel content (its retirement is already proposed in #2530, which points to Galaxy Novels as the operators' named successor). If something is still broken for you, please open a new report for the one affected source with the exact page URL and what you see, and a maintainer can take it from there.
